<span style="font-size: large;">和老師練習最重要的是不可以和老師<span class="s1"> </span>「比賽」<span class="s1"> </span>。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">和八段老師的稽古,簡言之,就是不斷地攻、攻、攻,已經相當接近於衝擊練習了,但又不是像衝擊練習般毫無道理的攻擊,相當密集的攻擊節奏裡包含了許多合理的對應動作,當下對其展現出的心、技、體要感到非常震撼。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">以下「是和七段以上老師練習的注意事項」:</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">1.</span>確認基本禮儀。例如穿著乾淨整齊、繩結綁實、以正確方式的穿戴防具及行禮等。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">2. </span>絕不可以有和老師比賽的心態。以虛心求教的態度,得到的收獲遠比想像的多。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">3. </span>雖說不能比賽,也不能當作衝擊練習般,毫無道理的攻擊(基本上這樣恐怕也撐不了一分鐘吧!),也不要把老師當鐵人徐徐打基本動作。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">4. </span>不能退、不能只守不攻、儘量不用虛招。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">5. </span>絕不要為了使用對應技而刻意等待。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">6. </span>不要無理使用剌擊和逆胴。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">7. </span>多嘗試不同的攻擊技巧,讓老師當場指導正確動作。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">8. </span>主動製造攻擊的機會再打擊,且不能放過任何攻擊機會。例如,中段站好後就要主動迫入(不可等待),老師一動就打擊,老師不動就要破中段、抓中線打擊。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">9. </span>如果打擊後老師用劍抵住,就是在提醒學生要先逼迫且破中段、不可胡亂打擊,則學生要立即修正。</span></div>
<div class="p1">
<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">10.</span>如果老師迫入,絕不可退。(比賽有時為了抓距離或誘敵而須退後,<span class="s1"> </span>但和老師練習不是比賽,而是鍛煉氣魄,故絕不可退。)</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">11.</span>要學習抓老師迫入腳步移動的瞬間出手,在老師打擊前就要打擊,<span class="s1"> </span>如果遭老師出端或返擊,就是學生出手的時機不對,要立即修正。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">12.</span>不要交鍔太久,交鍔時不可有鬆戒、休息的心態。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">13.</span>開始打擊練習前、後,都須要打「切返」。</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">14.</span>保持上述原則,充份展現:</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;"><span class="s1">a.</span>端正的姿勢。<span class="s1"> b.</span>強健的體魄和信心。<span class="s1"> c.</span>勇往直前的氣魄。</span></div>

<span class="s1">6、中段“持姿”(構):左手是在「肚臍」的高度「略前1個拳頭」的位置。右手只是「附加的握持」,只有在「擊出」剎那間用力而已,隨後就立即放鬆。左手則須「經常的握緊」。擊到「面」時,不可將竹劍「橫擱」的壓住對方肩頭。恢復「中段“持姿”(構)」並展示「“殘心”(餘勢)」。如果:右手「經常出力」的握緊,無法成為「高手的擊出」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">7、有些人,「站立」起來時,就「身體會略偏向右斜」,最差勁的是,這將會使「劍尖軟弱」無力。要抱持:「腳姆指有向前邁出」的意念,即可。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">8、前腳邁出後,後腳一定要立即「前靠」。後腳退後,前腳立即「拉靠」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">16、對方的「剛出頭」或「退後」以外,不是「擊刺」的「好時機」。對方的「瞬出手」,給予一擊,雖然很輕,會是有效的「1擊」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">17、達到相當「“上乘”(高格)」的程度時,運腳法要多「思考、研究」。前腳出去,後腳一定要跟進。分解動作是:「擊」到之同時「右腳」亦到。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">18、對方如有「空隙」,劍尖下放,隨即逼進攻其「拳頭」。對方在「驚嚇」之時,更「逼進」並同時「擊」之,或「刺」之。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">19、劍尖下降,慾「攻」之際,不可同時「腰」也彎下。應該是:約送出半步的心態,對方如果「退卻」的話,立即擊出「面」部。(由逼攻其「右拳」而「刺」其“喉”也可)。 </span><br />

<div class="p2">
<span class="s1">20、因要去除「肩胛」的不良用力而須「基立開始」(切返)。肩膀不要高抬,兩手輕鬆的高舉頭頂(從兩臂間能看到對方的喉部即可)。由此開始,要劈開對方的「頭顱」似的,斜下擊到對方的「面部第3支鐵桿」上方。竹劍不可作「水平方向」的揮打。將劍尖抬舉到幾乎要碰到背脊是不對的,這只是知其一而不知其二的愚蠢知識。又:受方是以「承接對方力道的柔力」受(擋)擊。絕不是「蠻力」的讓對方的「竹劍反彈」的勁道抵擋。要讓對方盡可能的前進而「接擋」,無法再退時,迴轉的再「承接」亦可。讓對方操到體力儘失,最疲勞時,再讓他擊「面」。這最後的「面」,要以「一刀一足」的距離,用竹劍的「有效擊刺部位」正確的擊「面」。此支「面」很有用,也是比賽時要擊出的一支「面」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">21、擊出「失效」,就「慷慨的」讓對方「擊」吧。要有被「刺」的危機感,而完成本次的「稽古」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">22、要注意「距離“間合”」從事「稽古」。一定要以「先」的意念擊出。只要有機會,不管「擊不擊到」,或「不充分」,都要認真的「稽古」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">23、對方的「剛起頭」擊來,要儘量的「小動作」回擊出。 </span><br />
<span class="s1"><br /></span></div>

<span class="s1">24、想要「擊出」時,才「擊出」,是最遭的「慢」。不想擊出時,須以「立即的擊出」才是對的。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">25、擊出時,好像「右手押入似」的,「右腳、腹部與手腕」都要完全「一致」的配合「擊出」,才是有效的「1支」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">26、近身的衝撞(體當Tai A TaRi),是要將對方的“手臂”「向上推押」似的「衝撞」才對,不是「衝」其身體(對方不知,才會被“撞”)。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">27、以「三角形」的持姿(構)(譯者註:鬆本敏夫著“劍理詳述”第5節有解說),利用對方「預備擊出」之時,回擊之。要抱著:「無論如何」都是「先先其先」的態度,不管有多艱難,「堅持」到底的「把持(構)」著,才不吃虧。即使對方「擊來」,也會是「不充分」的一支。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">28、對方「擊來」時,不必理會,不可崩塌,反而更逼進一步。將自己的劍尖更向對方的「中心」直入。即使被「回擊」,也無法被「正確擊到」。所以無「被擊」的感受。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">29、擊出「面」後,「絕對」不可再將「雙手、竹劍」「向上高舉」,自己以為是“殘心”展現。應該要“保持擊到”「最後姿勢」,才是:「殘心」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">30、對方擊來時,不要橫向的揮撥,要「擦擊」式的抬高後,隨即回擊之。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">31、「退擊面」擊出後,不可「立即」將劍(雙臂)「高舉」到「頭上」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">32、擊出「手部」時,上身不可「向左偏」斜,要「保持直立」的姿勢。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">33、擊出「右手」要以「竹劍的擊刺部“物打”」擊到。擊「左手」是用「竹劍的較中段」擊之。要擊「面」時,必須「抬高到」頭頂「正上方」擊出。不可橫向的揮擊。擊到「甲手」後,不可將雙臂「抬高、拉回」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">39、在與對方的「劍尖」略為交到時,須將之輕輕的撥離自己的中心線,再予“抬臂”「小動作」的擊出「面」部。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">40、不宜從「左(“裏WuRa”)側」強力的撥開對方的竹劍。要從「正(右)邊」輕「押制」對方的劍,自己的劍尖不可「脫離」對方的「中心」才對。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">41、要攻入對方時,自己的竹劍從對方「劍」的下方轉過,將對方的竹劍「纏抵」著逼進,再擊出「面」部。對方如要回擊「我的手部」時,手臂要立即而確實的伸直,就不會是:有效的「1支」“甲手”。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">42、不可「死握緊」的高舉「上段」“持姿”(構)。在「擊到」的「瞬間」,就要「確實」的「握緊」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">43、對方「上段」,我「中段」時,「手部」是由竹劍「圍護」著的。「左手」要以「劍鍔」作防備的概念,立即「上前」一步,可防被「擊」到。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">44、對方「上段」擊來時,兩手抬高會被「擊到」。所以「右手」要用「劍尖」圍繞似的要領「待機」後「回手」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">45、舉持「上段」時。「後退」或「等待被擊」,都是「敗」主因。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">47、在極度「疲憊」時,不可用「口腔」呼吸、換氣。這會流失全部儲存在「丹田」的「氣力」。一定要「閉嘴」,用「鼻孔」「丹田」呼吸才好。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">48、不要認為「自己很利害」。若有錯失,乃要有「氣慨」認定「對方」也是很「利害」的崇敬心態,進行「稽古」。 </span><br />

<span class="s1">49、「看」有兩種:1是“見”,2是“觀”。“見”是「用眼睛」看。“觀”是用「心(慨念)」看。“見”:所看的範圍「小」,錯失會「多」。“觀”:其「綜合景」大,可看出對方「未發動」的“意圖”。這在現實社會裡,也有很大的助益。如能“觀、見”「一致」,在劍道的運用下,會相當有效益、進展。 </span><br />

我有試著在之後的練習照上山老師的指導去做</div>

無奈我的構形、氣勢根本無法動搖對手</div>
